This proposal is a non-binding signaling vote to gauge community appetite for inviting Gnosis Guild to revisit the formally steward GnosisDAO governance under the structural principles originally outlined in GIP-99 (with modular governance infrastructure, staged funding milestones, explicit KPIs, and an independent firewall between governance operations and treasury allocation).
