GCCP-6: Performance-Based Council Remuneration

Simple Summary

This proposal replaces the current Illuvium Main Council (IMC) remuneration structure with a model directly tied to Illuvium Revenue Distribution (RevDis).

Total monthly council remuneration will be:

Min($10,000, 1% of Monthly RevDis)

The total amount will be divided equally among all serving IMC members.
